Drove a ways north from harbor town of Punta Arenas (tip of Chile) through classic Patagonia (mountains, sheep, tundra-like plains, etc.) and ended up in the so-called centerpiece of it all: Torres del Paine Park. Well, it pretty much knocked us out (including the literal sense with some rump-busting hikes). Freakishly majestic. Wild, windy, and wondrous. Most of the time, we couldn’t believe our eyes. Try as we might, we could only get the camera to capture a shadow of what we were seeing. Enjoy.

The foot bridge to our hotel, which turned out to be a dive... our room had no heat or windows (though you can't beat the view from the front)

Wow. I mean I was kinda jealous before, but these pics are amazing. I guess I gotta put Chile back on my list.
You guys are OUT OF CONTROL! You are also my heroes because I want to be just exactly like you, Clint and you, Diana. By the way, I hope you don't mind I did a lot of snooping around other people's blogs to find yours and I am so glad that I did. After this, will you want to vacation in Wichita Kansas, just for the culture?
Love the posts! But, I keep looking for new ones. I know NYC might not seem as glam as Chile, Jordan, or Thialand, but there are parts that are pretty cool. Plus, I want to see pictures of your new home!
p.s. I need you address.
We miss you tons.
J&M
oh, do you want to come to Utah to ski the second weekend in February?
