winter visitors

We were thrilled to have Aunt Anna and Cousin Max visit--especially Josie. She always wanted to know when they were waking up each morning. Max was a captive audience for Josie and the two became quick pals--so much so, that all of Josie's animals are now named Max (they used to be named Sam). We visited the Met, Museum of Natural History, Highline Trail, saw Porgy and Bess, and ate good food. It gave me a daunting glimpse into what it is like navigating the city with three kids in a stroller. Definitely doable, but three is definitely more than two.

On a warm (50 degree!) Saturday in January we visited the Intrepid (WWII carrier)--pretty spectacular

Though five months apart, Sam and Max are nearly the same size and some thought they were twins--matching clothing probably does the trick
