With Josie just five weeks old, we ventured on our first family vacation...to Brazil! We'd been planning on attending a wedding there ever since Clint's college roommate got engaged two years ago, and decided to make a week of it, infant included. Josie was great on the loooong flights and generally a happy camper while being hauled around to the various places. We loved Brazil, the warm weather, great food, relaxing time together, and especially the chance to share the time with Leroy and Melissa and friends.

Sounds amazing! Great that you took little Josie...they are so portable at that age. We're going to Rio and the northeast this November and I would love to pick your brain for good recommendations on places to stay and eat, etc. Zip me an email if you ever have time!
